All prices quoted on this website are in Pounds Sterling and we can only accept payment in Pounds Sterling.
Prices are subject to increase without notice but we will never charge you more than the price stated in your order confirmation.
We accept the following major Debit and Credit Cards; VISA, VISA DEBIT, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MASTERCARD DEBIT and MAESTRO. We also welcome payments from PAYPAL and offer V12 Finance if required.
Under normal circumstances payment will be taken immediately once you place your order.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of publishing the information to this site.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Click and Collect is available at no extra charge.
In most instances, we use Royal Mail as our delivery provider, but larger items (such as a bike or scooter) may be shipped with another proider.
Items too large to be packaged can either be collected in-store or delivered directly to your door (additional fees)
We are confident that you will be delighted with the products you purchase from us but if you do change your mind we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all online purchases except in the circumstances listed below

If we have sent you an incorrect order or your item is damaged
Should, for some reason, your purchases reach you in a less than perfect condition please contact our helpline immediately on 0800 689 4733 so we can resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.
We will offer, if available, an exact replacement or we can advise on a suitable replacement of similar quality and value.
If you do not wish the item replaced or exchanged a full refund will be given.
In either case we will refund any postal costs incurred by you in returning a faulty or damaged item
Returning an Item
When returning an item please mark the order number on the outside of the package and enclose a copy of your order paperwork.
This will enable us to deal with your return more efficiently and make any required refunds quicker.
